We hold regular two-day (8 hour) practical workshops, both day and evening classes available. Classes are held at the shop and are limited to seven people per class. All equipment is provided.

With expert instruction you will learn how to marzipan, ice and decorate your cake on our 'beginners covering' class. for the more advanced we have sugar flower and piping classes.

Our masterclasses are a real treat for the experienced sugarcrafter, held throughout the year with well-known and published sugarcraft specialists.
